At Ember Haven, we work hard to make sure your order is processed and delivered as smoothly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Once your order has been processed and confirmed, it will be prepared for shipment by one of our trusted supplier partners.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier, and delivery location. Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days, though some larger or specialty items may require additional time.

Delivery timelines provided at checkout or in order communications are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Method

Many of our products are shipped directly from our supplier partners. Depending on the item ordered, shipments may arrive via standard parcel carriers or freight delivery services.

For larger items, additional delivery coordination may be required. If so, the carrier may contact you directly to schedule delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Please note that some freight shipments may have limited tracking updates while in transit.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Ember Haven is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Ember Haven is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help resolve it promptly.
